PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND AVAILABILITY

The products for sale are described and presented in the most detailed manner possible. The User is solely responsible for the selection and purchase of the products and is undertakes the obligation to being informed of their essential characteristics prior to dispatching the order. Tarotospells.com is not responsible for any differentiation in relation to the product presentation. Also, there is no return policy for products that will have been purchased by the User.

The products displayed on the website are available until stocks are exhausted. In case of unavailable product, the User will be informed by email from tarotospells.com.

PRODUCT PRICES

Prices are given in euros and include 24% VAT unless otherwise stated. In the event of a change in the VAT rate, the change will be counted in the price of the products without first notifying the User.

Prices do not include shipping costs, which vary depending on the place of delivery and the order size.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT

Before the first order, the user will need to create a customer account by filling out the registration form with the following information: email address, surname, name, date of birth, complete delivery address, telephone number. At this point, the User creates his account password, which is personal and can only be used by him/her. It must under no circumstances be communicated or disclosed to third parties.

The User, by sending an order and creating an account, undertakes that he/she is able to proceed to the product purchase from tarotospells.com. Furthermore, the User undertakes to provide complete and accurate information. Any impersonation or false identity may result in account closure and criminal prosecution. Multiple entries, use of the account by other persons, or other fraudulent actions may result in the account being disabled.

ORDER AND PAYMENT

The payment for each completed order is carried out by the User through a credit, debit and prepaid bankcard directly to tarotospells.com via Viva Wallet, Bitpay, Western Union services, and finally through the account that the User keeps on Paypal service.

Tarotospells.com reserves the right to refuse to deliver to or place an order from a User who has not paid all or part of a previous payment.

SENDING OF PRODUCTS

All orders within and outside Greece are sent by SPEEDEX S.A. COURIER SERVICES. Each order is charged with shipping costs, which are calculated based on the place of delivery and the volume of the shipped goods and added to the order. No shipping costs are charged for orders above €180.

Shipping is done from Monday to Friday (excluding official holidays). Delivery time depends on your postal code. Expected delivery time is 48 hours from the day of shipment for orders within the Prefecture of Attica, and 3 – 5 working days for the rest of Greece. Tarotospells.com shall not be held liable in case of emergency or force majeure which would delay delivery.

RETURN

Products purchased from tarotospells.com may not be returned.

You may cancel your order, if you wish, free of charge, provided that the products have not yet been shipped from our store. If the order is canceled before the products are shipped from our store, but the payment has already taken place, then you have the option of selecting another product or equivalent value service.

For any discrepancies in the order, the User is kindly requested to inform tarotospells.com immediately.
